No Refunds Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
TestUPI.com operates a strict no-refund policy. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
1. Why No Refunds?
TestUPI.com is a digital service that is delivered instantly and automatically at the moment of payment. Unlike physical goods, digital services cannot be "returned" after delivery.
Here's what happens when you pay ₹10:
- The UPI verification service is delivered instantly (within seconds)
- Your on-screen report is generated immediately
- You receive transaction details, analysis, and recommendations
- The service has been fully delivered and consumed
Since the service is delivered instantly and cannot be "un-delivered," refunds are not possible.
2. What You Are Paying For
When you pay ₹10, you are paying for the SERVICE, not the money transfer. Specifically, you are paying for:
- Technical Infrastructure: Server costs, cloud hosting, uptime maintenance
- Payment Gateway Fees: Razorpay charges (₹0.24 per transaction)
- Verification System: Real-time payment processing and analysis
- Report Generation: Instant on-screen report with transaction details
- Security Analysis: Fraud prevention tips and security recommendations
- Diagnostic Service: Whether pass or fail, you get complete analysis
- 24/7 Availability: Service available anytime you need it
- Development & Operations: Ongoing development, maintenance, support
3. Service Delivery Confirmation
The service is considered successfully delivered when:
- ✓ Payment is processed and confirmed by Razorpay
- ✓ Verification report is displayed on your screen
- ✓ Transaction details (Payment ID, UTR, timestamp) are shown
- ✓ Performance analysis is provided
- ✓ Security recommendations are displayed
Once these elements are delivered, the service is complete and non-refundable.
4. What If My UPI Test Fails?
No refunds even if your UPI test fails. Here's why:

The verification service itself (identifying the problem) has value and was successfully delivered. You now know your UPI has an issue and how to fix it - that's the service you paid for.
5. No Cancellations
Payments cannot be cancelled once initiated.
Due to the instant nature of our service:
- Transactions cannot be cancelled after clicking "Pay"
- Once payment is processed, the service is delivered immediately
- There is no "waiting period" or "cooling off period"
- The transaction is complete within seconds
6. Technical Issues or Service Failures
Refunds are ONLY provided in these rare cases:
- Payment was deducted but service was not delivered (no report shown on screen)
- Technical error on our end prevented report generation
- Duplicate payment due to system glitch (not user error)
- Payment processed but transaction shows "pending" in Razorpay for 48+ hours
To request refund for technical issues:

- Include: Payment ID, Transaction screenshot, Date/Time, Description of issue
- We will investigate within 3-5 business days
- If verified, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
7. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund
The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:
- ❌ Your UPI test failed (you still received diagnostic service)
- ❌ You changed your mind after payment
- ❌ You didn't understand the service before paying
- ❌ You accidentally clicked the payment button (user error)
- ❌ You paid multiple times intentionally (testing multiple times)
- ❌ You couldn't take a screenshot of your report (not our responsibility)
- ❌ You forgot to save or print your report (displayed on screen as stated)
- ❌ Issues with your bank, UPI app, or internet connection (third-party issues)
- ❌ Payment gateway (Razorpay) fees cannot be recovered
- ❌ Dissatisfaction with the service after it was delivered
8. Payment Gateway Policies
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Important notes:
- Razorpay charges non-refundable processing fees (2% + GST)
- Even if we wanted to refund, gateway fees cannot be recovered
- Razorpay's dispute resolution process applies to payment issues
- Failed Razorpay transactions (where money didn't leave your account) are automatically reversed by Razorpay, not by us
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
If you dispute a charge with your bank/card issuer:
- We will provide proof of service delivery (transaction logs, report generation)
- Chargebacks for delivered digital services are considered fraudulent
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of chargeback losses
- Your access to the service may be permanently blocked

10. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally paid multiple times due to:
- System error: Contact us immediately with proof (transaction IDs). We will investigate and refund duplicate charges.
- User error (clicking Pay button multiple times): Unfortunately, no refunds. Each click is a separate transaction and service delivery.
11. Fraudulent Transactions
If your payment method was used without your authorization (fraud or theft):
- Contact your bank/card issuer immediately
- File a fraud report with them
- Notify us at hardhead-hash-thud@duck.com
- Provide police report or fraud complaint number
- We will cooperate with investigations and provide transaction details

Before you pay, please:

- Bank/card issuer may take additional 3-5 days to credit your account
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is initiated
- Payment gateway fees (₹0.24) are non-refundable
15. Consumer Rights (India)
Under Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
- Digital services delivered instantly are generally non-refundable
