ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

TestUPI.com operates a strict no-refund policy. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances except for technical failures on our end.

1. Why No Refunds?

TestUPI.com is a digital service that is delivered instantly and automatically at the moment of payment. Unlike physical goods, digital services cannot be "returned" after delivery.

What Happens When You Pay β‚Ή10:

  • βœ“ On-screen report is generated immediately
  • βœ“ You receive transaction details, analysis, and recommendations
  • βœ“ The service has been fully delivered and consumed

Since the service is delivered instantly and cannot be "un-delivered," refunds are not possible.

2. What You Are Paying For

When you pay β‚Ή10, you are paying for the SERVICE, not just the money transfer. Specifically:

  • Payment Gateway Fees: Razorpay processing charges (β‚Ή0.24 per transaction)

  • Diagnostic Service: Whether pass or fail, you get complete analysis

3. Service Delivery Confirmation

The service is considered successfully delivered when:

  • βœ“ Verification report is displayed on your screen
  • βœ“ Transaction details (Payment ID, UTR, timestamp) are shown
  • βœ“ Performance analysis is provided
  • βœ“ Security recommendations are displayed

Once these elements are delivered, the service is complete and non-refundable.

4. What If My UPI Test Fails?

No refunds even if your UPI test fails. Here's why:

The verification service itself (identifying the problem) has value and was successfully delivered. You now know your UPI has an issue and how to fix itβ€”that's the service you paid for.

5. No Cancellations

Payments cannot be cancelled once initiated.

Due to the instant nature of our service:

  • ❌ Transactions cannot be cancelled after clicking "Pay"
  • ❌ Once payment is processed, service is delivered immediately
  • ❌ There is no "waiting period" or "cooling off period"
  • ❌ The transaction is complete within seconds

6. Technical Issues or Service Failures

Refunds are ONLY provided in these rare cases:

  • βœ“ Payment was deducted but service was NOT delivered (no report shown)
  • βœ“ Technical error on our end prevented report generation
  • βœ“ Duplicate payment due to system glitch (not user error)
  • βœ“ Payment shows "pending" in Razorpay for 48+ hours

  4. We will investigate within 3-5 business days
  5. If verified, refund processed within 7-10 business days

7. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • ❌ Your UPI test failed (you still received diagnostic service)
  • ❌ You changed your mind after payment
  • ❌ You didn't understand the service before paying
  • ❌ You accidentally clicked payment button (user error)
  • ❌ You paid multiple times intentionally (testing multiple times)
  • ❌ You couldn't take a screenshot of your report
  • ❌ You forgot to save or print your report
  • ❌ Issues with your bank, UPI app, or internet connection
  • ❌ Payment gateway fees cannot be recovered
  • ❌ Dissatisfaction with service after delivery
  • ❌ You found a cheaper alternative elsewhere
  • ❌ You decided to test with a friend instead

8. Payment Gateway Policies

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Important notes:

  • Razorpay charges non-refundable processing fees (2% + GST)
  • Even if we issue a refund, gateway fees cannot be recovered
  • Razorpay's dispute resolution process applies to payment issues
  • Failed Razorpay transactions (where money didn't leave your account) are automatically reversed by Razorpay, not by us
  • We have no control over Razorpay's internal processes

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

⚠️ Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

If you dispute a charge with your bank/card issuer:

  • We will provide proof of service delivery (transaction logs, report generation timestamps)
  • Chargebacks for delivered digital services are considered fraudulent
  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of chargeback losses and associated fees
  • Your access to the service may be permanently blocked
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to authorities

10. Duplicate Payments

If You Accidentally Paid Multiple Times:

System Error (Rare):

  • Contact us immediately with proof (transaction IDs for both payments)
  • We will investigate and verify the duplicate charge
  • If confirmed as system error, we will refund duplicate charges

User Error (Multiple Clicks):

  • Unfortunately, no refunds
  • Each click is a separate transaction and service delivery
  • You received multiple reports (one for each payment)
  • We cannot distinguish between intentional retesting and accidental clicks

11. Fraudulent Transactions

If your payment method was used without your authorization (fraud or theft):

  1. Contact your bank/card issuer immediately
  2. File a fraud report with them
  3. Notify us at contact@testupi.com
  4. Provide police report or fraud complaint number
  5. We will cooperate with investigations and provide transaction details
  6. Refunds will be processed upon verification of fraud
