Welcome to TestUPI.com! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our UPI verification service. By accessing or using TestUPI.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

1.1 What We Provide

TestUPI.com is a professional UPI verification service that allows you to test whether your UPI (Unified Payments Interface) payment method is working correctly. For a one-time fee of ₹10, we provide:

• Instant UPI functionality verification
• Detailed transaction report with Payment ID, UTR number, and timestamp
• Bank server status analysis
• Security recommendations and fraud prevention tips
• On-screen report display (screenshot recommended for record-keeping)

1.2 What We Are NOT

• We are NOT a bank or financial institution
• We do NOT provide banking services or hold any licenses
• We are NOT affiliated with NPCI, banks, or UPI apps
• We are a third-party testing service only

2. Eligibility

To use TestUPI.com, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Have a valid UPI account and payment method
• Be a resident of India (service designed for Indian UPI users)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

• Service Fee: ₹10 (Ten Indian Rupees) per verification test
• One-time payment: No subscriptions or recurring charges
• Non-refundable: All payments are final (see Section 4)

3.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets
• Razorpay charges are included in the ₹10 fee
• We do NOT store your payment credentials
• Payment security is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)

3.3 Payment Confirmation

• Service is delivered instantly upon successful payment
• You will be automatically redirected to your verification report
• Razorpay may send a payment receipt to your email/phone
• TestUPI does NOT send any emails or SMS

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Why No Refunds?

• Service is delivered instantly and automatically
• Digital services cannot be "returned" after delivery
• Even if your UPI test fails, you receive valuable diagnostic information
• Payment gateway fees are non-refundable

4.2 Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

Refunds are ONLY considered if:

• Payment was deducted but service was NOT delivered (no report shown)
• Technical error on our end prevented report generation
• Duplicate payment due to system glitch (not user error)

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timeline

• Service is delivered instantly (within seconds of payment)
• Automatic redirect to verification report page
• Report displayed on screen immediately

5.2 Your Responsibilities

• Screenshot your report immediately - it's your proof of verification
• Do NOT refresh or close the page before saving your report
• Internet connection required to view report
• We are not responsible if you fail to save/screenshot your report

5.3 Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• Third-party services (Razorpay, banks) may affect availability

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Make fraudulent payments or chargebacks
• Abuse, harass, or send spam to our support email
• Impersonate TestUPI.com or misrepresent affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of service access
• Legal action if necessary
• Reporting to appropriate authorities

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

• All content, design, code, and materials on TestUPI.com are our property
• Protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws
• "TestUPI" name and logo are our trademarks
• You may NOT copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission

7.2 Your Rights

• You retain rights to your payment transaction data
• You may screenshot and save your verification report for personal use
• You may use your report as proof of UPI verification

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously:

• We collect minimal data (transaction details only)
• We NEVER collect or store your UPI PIN, passwords, or banking credentials
• All payment processing is handled by Razorpay
• Data is automatically deleted after 30 days

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

9.1 Service "AS IS"

TestUPI.com is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees about:

• Service availability or uptime
• Accuracy of reports or analysis
• Compatibility with all devices/browsers
• Fitness for any particular purpose

9.2 No Guarantees

• We do NOT guarantee your UPI will pass the test
• We do NOT guarantee 100% accuracy of diagnostic information
• We are NOT responsible for issues with your bank or UPI provider
• We cannot control third-party services (Razorpay, banks, NPCI)

9.3 Limitation of Liability

9.4 Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services (Razorpay, hosting providers, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Razorpay payment processing issues
• Bank server downtime or errors
• NPCI network issues
• Internet connectivity problems

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TestUPI.com, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@testupi.com to resolve the issue informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11.3 No Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes individually and NOT as part of any class or collective action.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate or suspend access immediately without notice
• Disable features or functionality at our discretion
• Discontinue the service entirely

12.2 Effect of Termination

• Termination does NOT entitle you to a refund
• Your obligations under these Terms survive termination
• Previously generated reports remain valid

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• Major changes may be highlighted on the homepage
• Check this page periodically for updates

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TestUPI.com regarding the service.
