1. Service Description

TestUPI.com ("we", "our", or "the Service") provides UPI (Unified Payments Interface) payment testing and verification services. By paying ₹10, you receive an instant on-screen verification report that includes transaction details, UTR number, performance analysis, and security recommendations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TestUPI.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

3. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment completion, you will immediately receive:

On-screen verification report (displayed instantly)
Transaction details (Payment ID, UTR/RRN number, timestamp)
Performance analysis (bank server status, network quality)
Security recommendations and fraud prevention tips
Troubleshooting guidance (if applicable)

Important: We do NOT send any emails or SMS messages. Your report is displayed on screen immediately after payment. You may screenshot, print, or save the report for your records.

4. No Refunds Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

You are paying for the UPI verification SERVICE, which includes:

Technical infrastructure and server costs
Payment gateway fees
Real-time verification system
Report generation and analysis
Security analysis tools
24/7 service availability

The service is delivered at the moment your payment is processed. Whether your UPI test succeeds or fails, you receive the complete diagnostic service, including detailed analysis of what happened and why. The service delivery is instant and cannot be "returned" - therefore, no refunds are provided.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. What You Are Paying For

Your ₹10 payment covers:

Payment gateway processing fees (Razorpay charges)
Server infrastructure and cloud hosting costs
Real-time payment verification system
Instant report generation technology
Security analysis and fraud detection systems
24/7 service availability and uptime
Technical support and maintenance
Development and operational costs

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Solutions Private Limited, a RBI-authorized payment aggregator and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store, process, or have access to your:

Payment card details (credit/debit card numbers, CVV)
UPI PIN
Banking credentials or passwords
Bank account numbers

All sensitive payment information is handled exclusively by Razorpay in compliance with industry security standards.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the Service
Use the Service only for legitimate UPI testing purposes
Not attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or hack the Service
Keep your UPI PIN, banking credentials, and payment information confidential
Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
Not attempt to bypass payment or gain unauthorized access
Take a screenshot or print your report immediately, as we do not store or resend reports

8. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

TestUPI.com provides testing and verification services only. We are NOT responsible for:

Issues with your bank, banking app, or UPI provider
Third-party service failures or downtime
Network connectivity problems or internet outages
Delays caused by payment gateway or bank systems
Your device compatibility or technical issues
Any financial losses you may incur

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Complete accuracy of all information
Fitness for a particular purpose
Results of your actual UPI transactions after testing

9. No Email or SMS Communications

TestUPI.com does NOT send any emails or SMS messages to users. Your verification report is displayed on screen immediately after payment completion. Razorpay (the payment gateway) may send you a payment receipt or transaction confirmation - this is separate from our Service and governed by Razorpay's terms.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the Service. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, code, logos, graphics, and materials on TestUPI.com are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
Reverse-engineer or decompile our software or systems
Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use our brand name, logos, or trademarks without authorization

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (₹10)
We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
We are NOT liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
We are NOT liable for actions of third parties (banks, payment gateways, internet providers)

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TestUPI.com, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of third parties
Any fraudulent or illegal activities

14. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

Test stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
Conduct illegal activities or money laundering
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Scrape, data-mine, or automated bot access

15. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time
Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Block users who violate these Terms
Report fraudulent activity to authorities

16. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
Change pricing (₹10 fee may be adjusted in future)
Update these Terms of Service at any time

Changes to Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

18. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

First, contact us at hardhead-hash-thud@duck.com to attempt resolution
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra
Arbitration shall be conducted in English under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
Each party shall bear their own costs

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TestUPI.com regarding use of the Service.
